Sessions offered through Rainbow Bridge Care provide non-clinical grief support related to the loss of a pet companion. These services are not therapy, psychological counseling, or medical treatment.
Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and emotional wellbeing during and after sessions. Rainbow Bridge Care does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
All sessions must be scheduled and paid for in advance through the online booking system. Clients may reschedule appointments with reasonable written notice sent by email.
Rainbow Bridge Care reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if circumstances arise that fall outside the scope of services provided.
