Is this therapy or counseling?
No. Rainbow Bridge Companion Loss Care provides non-clinical grief support and coaching. We do not offer psychotherapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment. Our sessions focus on emotional support, reflection, remembrance, and gentle guidance during pet loss.
Who can use your services?
Anyone grieving the loss of a beloved animal companion of any species. Grief is defined by the bond shared, not by species.
How do sessions work?
Sessions are held remotely via secure video or phone, last 40 minutes, and are one-on-one
How soon after my pet’s passing should I schedule a session?
There is no set time. Some clients reach out immediately, while others wait months or years.
What if I feel guilt or regret about decisions I made?
Guilt is common in pet loss. Sessions provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore and reframe these feelings.
Will you tell me whether I should get another pet?
We do not make decisions for you. We provide supportive reflection to help you explore readiness without pressure.
Can I love another pet without replacing the one I lost?
Yes. Loving another companion does not replace the bond you shared. Love expands rather than replaces.
What is the difference between the 3-session and 5-session packages?
The 3-session package offers short-term support and closure. The 5-session package provides deeper emotional processing and extended healing and Memorialization/Tribute
Do you work with children or families?
Services are primarily for adults. Family or teen sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. Sessions are private and handled with care, except where disclosure is required by law.
What if I’m experiencing severe emotional distress?

How do I get started?
Select the guided sessions you prefer. After checkout, you will then be sent a brief intake questionnaire. Session details and times will follow via email
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of scheduled support services, refunds are not offered once the first session has begun.
